Described as a "cross between Lana Del Rey and Bon Iver," a "sadder Sara Bareilles," a "twinge of Elton John and mysticism" and an "Adele singing from the void," Eden Ariel draws inspiration from a variety of musicians and mythologies, from Nina Simone and Pink Floyd to Julien Baker and Frank Ocean.

Her music is influenced by poetry, dreams, nature, and impending apocalypse, and her work is dedicated to eroding the boundaries between the self, others, and the earth and finding catharsis through exploring the darkest parts of the spirit.

She has performed at Sofar Sounds, the Bowery Electric, Rockwood Music Hall, and the Bitter End in NYC, played alongside the New Tarot and Marcus Jade, and twice headlined Riverside Park's Make Some Noise festival celebrating women in music. Her upcoming EP, Altars, debuted February 29th. A recent graduate of Barnard College, she lives in Brooklyn.
